Jeff’s Jalapeno Lime Fajita’s

Serves: 4-6 People


  • 2lb Flank or Skirt Steak
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • ¼ Cup of Cilantro
  • ¼ Cup of Fresh Lime Juice (About 4 whole limes)
  • ¼ Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Kosher Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • ¾ Teaspoon Cummin

Side Item:

  • Sweet Peppers and Corn on the Cob
  • Corn Tortilla Shells

Marinade Directions:

Dice up the Jalapeno and Cilantro and mix with the olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper and cummin. Once the marinade is made you will soak the flank steak in it over night.

Grilling Instructions: 

  • Cook the steak at about 350 degrees for 3.5 minutes each side
  • Grill Corn and Peppers 10-15 Minutes

Dice up and Enjoy!
